 Ed
has visited hundreds of elementary schools (just like yours) throughout
Eastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey over the last twelve years.
In addition, Ed has been presenting another program specifically
tailored for the DaVinci Science Center! Back by popular demand, he will
be presenting his fun, energetic, and educational weather program at the
DaVinci Science Center at Cedar Crest College in Allentown. Ed's program
will be held on selected Tuesdays (see schedule below). The program will
begin at 11:00 a.m. and will last approximately 25-30 minutes). (Note:
teachers, principals, parents: please be sure to call ahead to check
availability as space for Ed's program will be limited). For more
information, be sure to check the DaVinci Center's website
http://www.davinci-center.org/ for detailed information on how
your group can take part in Ed's program. In addition to Ed's school
program, Ed has teamed up with the DaVinci Center to provide a
completely functional WFMZ Weather Center (at the DaVinci Center). This
new, highly interactive weather experience will be open during the
regular hours at the DaVinci Science Center. There you will find:
● A FUN virtual weather kiosk where a "virtual Ed" will teach the
children about the wonderful world of weather...with a push of a button
(which changed annually)!
● Visitors will be able to try their hand as a weather person in front
of a blue screen. Now you can be on TV under all sorts of incredible
weather conditions....inside the DaVinci Center!
● Ed will help you learn how to forecast with some of the best weather
tools.....and lots more!
● The entire weather center is highly interactive....lots of fun for
young and old alike! Don't miss it!
