Guest "bartenders" from around the community went head to head today in a spirit-free mix-off at Lehigh Valley Hospital. "Coconut Kiss prepared by Eve Tannery of 69 News" Our own Eve Tannery was the winning bartender!
The Cop Shop Prepared by Officer Dean Wilson (Bethlehem Township Police Department) - 3 gallons chocolate milk - 1.5 tsp almond extract - 3 gallons coffee ice cream Combine milk and extract. Add ice cream by the scoopful and allow to float on top of mixture. Coconut Kiss Prepared by Eve Tannery (WFMZ-TV Channel 69 News) - 100 ounces cream - 75 ounces coconut cream - 150 ounces cherry juice - Several dashes grenadine syrup - 150 ounces pineapple juice
Combine all ingredients together. Serve over ice cubes or crushed ice. Raspberry Punch Prepared by Andrew Miller, D.O. (Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network Emergency Department) - 138 ounces pink grapefruit juice - 36 Ounces raspberry juice - 3 quarts raspberry sherbet - 6 liters ginger ale
Combine juices and ginger ale and stir. Add sherbet and stir until melted. |
