Pasta Pomodoro 1/2 oz oil 3oz grilled chicken 1Tbl caramelized onion 1/2 tsp garlic, chopped 2oz diced tomatoes 6oz pomodoro sauce 1 Tbl herb butter salt and pepper 7oz capellini
Heat oil, add chicken,onion, garlic, tomato,and basil, saute. Add pomodoro sauce, simmer. Add butter, salt and pepper, stir to incorporate. Finish with pasta Pasta Bravo 1/2 oz oil 1/2 tsp garlic 4oz sliced mushrooms 3oz sliced chicken 6oz Red pepper sauce 2oz parm/romano cheese 1 Tbl herb butter salt and pepper 7oz Rigatoni Heat oil, add mushrooms and sear until brown add chicken and garlic. Saute . Add red pepper sauce and cheese. Simmer . Add herb butter stir to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper and add pasta. |
