Zenddy
Caicedo Tintle grew up in Venezuela where she demonstrated an early
interest in broadcasting as a career. At fourteen, she became an
exchange student at a high school in New York State. At seventeen, back
in Venezuela, she started her studies in broadcasting communication at
the Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua. She graduated with a B.A in
Communications and a minor in journalism. During college, Zenddy also
worked as a professional model.
Zenddy's first job in
television was when she turned 18, as the host of a children's program
in Caracas with Marte Television. In 2002, Zenddy came to live in the
Lehigh Valley. She lives in the Lehigh Valley with her husband Jeff and
her son Noah. She has worked at PBS 39, and as the news director for
radio station HOLA 1600 AM.
In her free time, she enjoys teaching spanish to children, and loves
taking part in a variety of events in the Hispanic community. She also
loves to dance and enjoys to exercise in the beautiful parks of the
Lehigh Valley. Zenddy has a powerful love of God, and enjoys being part
of her church's activities. She considers her career in broadcasting and
journalism a great tool to help other people. Even though Zenddy left
her native country of Venezuela, she maintain alive her love for her
people, her heritage and her roots.
